Gemma and G chose to have a Staffordshire Ashes Barns wedding, close to their new home in Derbyshire. In a small town called Leek in a beautiful rustic award winning barn. They went for a very rustic with the Bridesmaids wearing colourful pastel dresses with the gents in Harris tweed.
I have know these two for a number of year and G for many years so made to feel welcome immediately and given a seat at the tables which is always a please. I’m so thankful for having been there and the opportunity to tell their story through our photos. The couple spent their first night as husband and wife surrounded by those they love the most. Then partied the night away. And I hope we made sure that these photos will always be able to bring them back to that day.
As a destination wedding photographer, I not only take photos but tell stories. I have evolved my own style, a blend of photojournalism and fine-art photography. Each wedding gives me an opportunity to know new people, share in their stories and when required create wedding albums through which those stories would be immortalised.
If you are in the early stages of planning an Ashes Barns Wedding. I love the Cotswolds and take a limited number of bookings for wedding photography each year so can book up early. But don’t be put off about contacting me as we still might be available, let’s create something special.
