Appuldurcombe House Wedding

An Appuldurcombe House Wedding with these two lovers, what an amazing Isle of Wight Wedding day.

The 18th-century English Baroque country house.

Alex and Oli went to see many venues before they visited Appuldurcombe House. It was the last one on the list of the Isle of Wight venues on their list.  The house is situated near to Wroxall on the Isle of Wight, England. It is now managed by English Heritage

As soon as we walked in, we knew it was the one. We loved the look and history of the building and that it was something we could completely make our own.

“We met when we were 16 years at a house party of a mutual friend and have been together for 12 years. When Oli proposed he organised for my mum and sister to take me out all day shopping and to get my nails done. While I was out, Oli had two florists come and help him decorate our entire flat with flowers and candles. When I got home I had never seen anything like it, it was breathtaking. I walked in and Oli got down on one knee and proposed. It was a YES before he could even finish what he was saying.”

The Dress

Alex was instantly drawn to Pronovias dresses and I know why, they do make some stunning wedding dresses.

"Firstly, the images come from Jason, so you just know everything will have been captured to perfection and there will be some dusky couple shots to-die-for."
